Open Mat

Monday - Thursday 7pm-9pm, Saturday 10pm-12pm
 
Ages 16 & iup
 
Instructors:  Jamey Mathias & Lyon George & Bobbi Nungester
 
Train to win, beginner to advanced. Emphasis is placed on ground fighting but takedowns and clinchwork are also covered. This training is a great way to have fun and get into unbelievable shape. Your strength, cardio and flexability will greatly increase while learning the techniques of boxing, kickboxing, jujitsu and submission grappling.  
                                                                                                                                                                                     

Amateur Boxing

Monday - Thursday 6pm-7pm
 
Ages 9 and up
 
Instructors:  Bobbi Nungester & Jamey Mathias
 
This class will focus on all aspects of amatuer boxing. Fitness and nutrition for beginners up to serious competitors.

Youth Grappling

Tuesday & Thursday 5pm-6pm
 
Ages 8 and up
 
Instructor:  Jamey Mathias
 
Grappling Techniques from Judo, Brazilian Jiu jitsu, and Wrestling. Learn the same moves MMA athletes use in the Octogon in a safe environment. 

Little Tigers

Mondays and Wednesday  @ 5p.m.  Ages 3-6

Instructors Jamey and Montana Mathias

Fun class for the little ones that will focus on safety, stranger awareness, physical fitness, leadership and much more. Help your child be the best that they can be.

Karate

Monday - Thursday 5pm-6pm
 
Ages 9 and up
 
Instructors:  Dewey Chaffin, Ashley Spires
 
American Karate is taught by Dewey Chaffin & Ashley Spires. Program consists of techniques for self defense, Kata, and Kumite. For the whole family. 
 
MMA Conditioning
 
Monday thru Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
 
Ages 10 and up
 
Coach: Jamey Mathias 
 
MMA Conditioning for all ages. Have fun and get in shape at a convenient after school time slot. Sport-Fitness- Self Defense. Extended hours available.

Zumba

Saturday 9am-10:00am
 
Instructor:  Maria Mulder
 
The goal is simple we want you to work out, to love working out, to get hooked on working out. Zumba fuses easy-to-learn Latin dance moves into a 1 hour calorie burning, body energizing, awe inspiring work out to captivate your life!
